Who we are

About Mashiri & Co.

Incorporated in Harare and re-registered under the Companies and Other Business Entities Act, we work with owner-managed businesses across farming, hospitality, retail and irrigation — handling the numbers so our clients can focus on growth.

Mashiri & Co. was incorporated in 2019 to give owner-managed businesses in Zimbabwe the kind of accounting relationship usually reserved for much larger companies — a firm that sets up real financial systems, keeps them running, and is available to talk through decisions as they come up, not just at year-end.

Our mission is to provide exceptional financial and professional services while maintaining the highest standards of integrity. We help clients meet their current needs and build the systems — accounting, controls and reporting — that support long-term success.

Every engagement is supported by a system of quality control, regular peer review, continuing professional education for our team, and full compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). We take on a manageable number of clients at any one time, deliberately, so that each one gets a Director's direct attention rather than being passed down a chain of juniors.

Our client base spans contract farming, hospitality, debt collection, irrigation equipment and tourism development — sectors with real seasonal and regulatory complexity, which is exactly where a hands-on accounting relationship earns its keep.
